The Cell Therapy Laboratory is excited to be developing novel manufacturing capabilities to develop cellular therapy for different research applications within a GMP environment. We have partnered with colleagues from the University of Manitoba as well as from other centers across Canada.
Goals
The Cell Therapy Laboratory is positioning itself as a manufacturing hub for applied cellular therapy applications in Manitoba.
Research Biography
As medical director of the Cell Therapy Laboratory I facilitate opportunities for the Cell Therapy Laboratory to develop expertise in novel manufacturing approaches to treat both oncological and non oncological disorders
Achievements
- Led the implementation of Clinical CAR-T program in Manitoba
- Leading the development of Point of Care GMP CAR-T manufacturing capacity in Manitoba
